A large town based in Buckinghamshire, Milton Keynes is officially 50 years old as of this year!  The area has been growing ever since that small-town order was issued in 1967 and has been dwarfed since!

 

Milton Keynes Loft Conversions

The home type in the area has been considerably more cookie-cutter due to its rapid expansion and urban sprawl creation.  However, in 2014 Deputy Priminister John Prescott declared the government would double the population of MK.  Given the limited resources, many in the area have found the best way to make more space in their own homes it to travel upwards!  Our loft conversions are the ideal to help make your home more accommodating in an area of growing population.

Newport Pagnell Extensions

Newport Pagnell is part of the thriving MK expansions, but given its age and the slower development, many properties boast a little more space and land.  These aren't 100-acre woods in the back yard, but semi-detached homes with space to grow, or large gardens with rear access. 

Bletchley Construction

Bletchley was the original source of MK.  It was a long time isolated village then town to the north of the home counties.  Given its space, the government chose Bletchley as the site of MK.  Though most of the construction for Milton Keynes went north, which means there are spaces for construction around Bletchley - and we have just the team to do it.

Leighton Buzzard

Heading further south, you'll find the historic market town of Leighton Buzzard (one of the considered sites for the MK expansions).  The age and rich history of this area mean that our skills in building repairs and renovation are a popular feature!
