One of the key areas we operate in is Beaconsfield. The area is rich in local history, perhaps best known for it's fair - which has been running over 735 years! Though it was far more recently, the turn of the 20th century, that the town's main expansion began, which developed one mile north of the original site. The property constructed through this phase and since is wide and varied, which calls for many of our skills to be utilised in the area. The older buildings utilise our skills in renovation and repair, whilst newer buildings often need internal works, making them more suited to the family living there, than the default template used on the estate. This work applies to many other areas in the region, including Chalfonts St Peters and Chalfonts St Giles.
A much newer town by comparison to some of our other areas, Gerrards Cross has only been thriving for around 150 years. The transportation links in the form of the train station (London-Birmingham) opened in 1906, have made this a popular area for commuting; as such, family dwellings in the area make up the bulk of property. Whilst we employ all our services in the region, the nature of properties here mean conversions and adaptations are ideally suited. Benefiting from the space below as well as above a home, and adapting older homes to the 21st-century lifestyle.
