One of the key areas we operate in is Beaconsfield. The area is rich in local history, perhaps best known for it's fair - which has been running over 735 years! Though it was far more recently, the turn of the 20th century, that the town's main expansion began, which developed one mile north of the original site. The property constructed through this phase and since is wide and varied, which calls for many of our skills to be utilised in the area. The older buildings utilise our skills in renovation and repair, whilst newer buildings often need internal works, making them more suited to the family living there, than the default template used on the estate. This work applies to many other areas in the region, including Chalfonts St Peters and Chalfonts St Giles.
Our hometown, the base of operations and starting point! Berkhamsted is a historically affluent market town on the western edge of Hertfordshire. It boasts an assortment of properties both new and old, right back to the construction of Berkhamsted Castle in 1066. Whilst our renovation skills may not be capable of reviving the castle from its ruins, we can support many of the older buildings still standing - to help them stay standing for many more years.
Initially, the second Garden City in the UK, Welwyn has since grown to a population of almost 50'000 and has the business and residential property required to support it. It was designed to combine the benefits of city and country living - meaning many properties included well-sized gardens which are ripe for expansion! Of course, given its age, the city also features many older properties in need of renovation and repair. Whatever building works are required, Gregory Kibble can help.
In terms of economy, Watford is a major regional centre for the northern home counties. This means a need for many commercial and domestic buildings, as well as the care that goes along with that infrastructure.
Our renovations and repairs service is ideal for the area - with many properties being added to and amended over the years, sometimes these modifications need a little more attention than original structures.
The last century has been revitalising for High Wycombe. In the 1920s, housing was declared slum-housing, and a slum clearance scheme began, to improve the quality of homes and life in the area. Today's High Wycombe is a thriving town amid many small villages - which feature hugely beneficial features in the housing. Much of the building and architecture is diverse and ever changing as a result - which is where Gregory Kibble comes in. Our skills help to revitalise and reimagine properties in the area.
We have worked in and around Aylesbury for many years, providing a range of building and contracting services.
Aylesbury Commercial Construction
This town has been a growing industrial hub for many years now, and whilst small domestic estates have been growing, the commercial development has been more stunted and isolated. Our team can assist in expanding premises, reviewing building options, and brand new construction of business premises.
The earliest known settlements in the area are palaeolithic! Of course, in the 250.000 years since, the range of homes and buildings have been vast. Most of the population grown occurred from the mid 19th century, which provides a huge range of buildings and homes our skills can be applied to.
